Clematis heracleifolia 'Roundway Blue Bird'

Small dark blue, tubular flowers with recurving tepals. Yellow anthers above white filaments. This beautifully fragrant form of 'heracleifolia' was found growing in a local garden by John Philips of Devizes, UK.
