Clematis 'Diamond Ball'

Medium to large, double or semi-double, hemispherical pale blue flowers; the tepals, which are slightly darker towards the margins, age to bluish-white and the outer ones are often tinged green near the tip. Yellow anthers on creamy white filaments.
