Clematis ochotensis

Small nodding flowers, usually pale volet-blue to mid blue-violet but can be pinker than this or even, rarely, white. Outer staminodes cream-white to yellow-green. Yellow anthers. The form apparently takes its name from the Sea of Okhotsk.
