Clematis 'Shikō'

Japanese large-flowered variety, tepals rich purple-blue, slightly darker along the bar, double. Anthers purple. The cultivar name means purple light. There is a single cultivar of this name in the trade which is maybe a reversion of this cultivar to its 'The President' origins.
