Clematis 'Rubella'

Large, deep claret-purple flowers with velvety tepals and pale yellow anthers. This Jackman's cultivar is mentioned by Markham (1935) and Whitehead (1959) but now appears to be lost from cultivation - please contact us if you know otherwise.
